Brave technics is an industrial engineering company that provides high-precision metalworking services and manufactures highly complex parts. The team specializes in working with CNC machining centers (high-tech equipment with numerical control), which allows them to achieve a high level of precision in the manufacture of components.

The team includes experienced specialists in the field of metalworking. When working on projects, they pay great attention to technical details and compliance with customer requirements. Brave technics works with both individual orders and serial production, covering a wide range of complexity.

In 2025, Brave technics was included in the Forbes Next 250 rating in Ukraine — a list of the most promising small and medium-sized enterprises in Ukraine.

The challenge and tasks we faced

Brave Technics has been operating for over 10 years in the field of manufacturing precision parts and components from various metals and molding polymer products. In the process of scaling up, the company faced the need for digital transformation of its operational and accounting activities.

The goal of the project was to implement a comprehensive ERP system that would provide a single information space for all key areas, including:

  • Production management. Accounting for production to order, including the use of both own and customer-supplied raw materials.
  • Warehouse accounting and procurement. Supply chain management, inventory control, and efficient use of materials.
  • Personnel accounting and payroll. Maintenance of personalized personnel records, calculation and payment of salaries in various areas.
  • Accounting. Automation of all business transactions, including imports, VAT accounting, fixed assets, and tax reporting in accordance with applicable law.

The main challenge was the need to integrate all key business processes — production, procurement, personnel, and accounting — into a single system to improve the efficiency and transparency of the company's operations.

How did we achieve the client's goals? From task to implemented solution

The solution based on Odoo from SelfERP fully met the needs of Brave technics, taking into account the specifics of the manufacturing business.

Supply chain management

To optimize the management of all the company's business processes, sales, production, warehouse accounting, and procurement modules were configured. This made it possible to create a unified supply chain management system in which each customer order becomes the basis for the automatic generation of all necessary tasks.

  • Each order generates a sequence of tasks for production, procurement of raw materials and consumables, as well as for organizing the delivery of finished products.
  • All expenses related to the order are automatically accounted for, which allows you to track the cost and control resources at each stage.

Production management

To ensure a high-quality production process, a production management module was set up, which allows you to control all stages of manufacturing based on order specifications.

What has changed?

  • Production according to specifications. The system automatically generates production tasks for each order based on technical characteristics and customer requirements.
  • Use of customer-supplied raw materials. The module allows you to take into account materials provided by the customer and plan their use in production.
  • Involvement of external contractors. For intermediate stages of production, the system takes into account the services of third-party companies, which allows for the organization of a comprehensive process with control over deadlines and quality.
  • Cost accounting. After implementation, all direct and general production costs are taken into account, which makes it possible to evaluate the cost of production and the efficiency of production processes.

To ensure comprehensive financial management, accounting and management accounting modules were set up in the company, and the “Accounting for Ukraine” module from SelfERP was implemented, which allows for personnel and financial accounting in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

  • Salary calculation. Accounting for all types of accruals and deductions, including vacation pay, sick leave, bonuses, and other payments.

  • Generation of regulated reporting. Preparation and submission of all necessary documents to state authorities, which reduces manual work and lowers the risk of errors.
  • Ability to track personnel cost structure and HR process efficiency in real time.
